...at least in its simple form. I had to pick the one with the least number of paws outside the frame. ;) Pretty impressive to see from up there! Here's the thumbnail...

It was a great con this year. I just have one problem. A fella by the name of Sabretooth Lynx commissioned me and I never got the chance to give him his art. Would any of you know him and be willing to send him my way (or better yet, I'm hoping he's on this community and sees this).
Thank you!
Once I find him I will update this entry as such. EDIT: Found him! Thank you, Skulldog!
I love playing at AC. Every year when I get the word from staff that they would like me to step up to the decks for another year it makes my tail wags for days. The furs there are fantastic, the dancing the support, all of it makes for a fantastic atmosphere. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone that came out to support the DJs of the fandom. There is some fantastic musical talent and I feel privileged to be a part of this awesome group *Wags*
Thanks to Simba and the AV crew, you guys work too hard! Thanks to Genki for helping out with some last minute equipment snaffus as well.
Now that the sappy stuff is out of the way, here is what I came to bring you. I have a recording of what I played at AC. I put a lot of thought into it, as the space theme goes perfectly with drum & bass. I hope you enjoy!

They're up! I've resized all of them 50%, so if you want originals, contact me... I'll try to relay them to you.

Pics Wolfnevets requested me take.

Random-mid con pictures. Conflu, Negative (the suit) pictures, Dealer's Den area-action, owl.

Early-con pictures. Lobby, room, Big Mama's House of Soul, etc
http://picasaweb.google.com/colinstuart 12/EarlyConBigMamaS#
And I've got another AC album, you can find that one your self :P
Camera info if you want it:
Nikon D200 Camera Body + MB-D200 Battery grip + Nikon 18-105 Lens. Yes, was able to get good pics in decent light (thank god this con hallway is bright for the parade). I have no real flash gun yet, and no real bright lenses (WTB Nikon's 70-200 2.8... heheh)
Please, take whatever you want, resize/edit them, make all the captions/con reports you want with them... or add them to your personal collection of suits... whatever. But if you do use them, all I ask in return is a thanks to "
colinstu".
I've been reading LJ, and multiple of you have been looking for pics of your suit, if you're one of the lazy ones, make sure to check this stuff out, I've seen you in here!
Thanks everyone for the material for me to shoot!

Maybe someone on here can help given that there is a true mix bag of members. The last OT I posted got me exactly what I needed so here goes.
My Crew and I are working on a live podcast. Now if it was as simple as just running a live feed we wouldn't have any problems, but we're not. We are working with multiple sets and we need to swap between cameras during a live feed as well as cue up videos that we'll record and play during the feed.
How can we do this? Is there some software that we can manage this with? Do we need to buy some hardware? We're aiming to start doing the live-cast this fall. So.. yeah. Any help will be appreciated.

Here are my Anthrocon photos, which still need to be titled and captioned, and I've added them to the Anthrocon pool. I'll be sending videos to YouTube later.
If anyone has photos or video of me, in or out of costume, please let me know. The out-of-costume ones will probably show me balancing something on my finger or my nose.

Hey all, I figured I'd post my question here to a place where I'd be sure to get plenty of answers.
I'm planning on attending AC next year for the first time (also my first con), so of course I'm a little new to it all. My question mostly centers around costs and such. Now, I've been told time and time again "Plan to spend more than you think", so I have that in mind. However, I thought I'd ask for opinions from others, and how much they usually plan to spend, based on where they're traveling from, what they plan on buying, rooming situations, etc.
I was thinking of planning for $1K as a maximum, to cover travel AND all con/food expenses, but how much would you folks suggest planning on, ignoring the travel costs, and just focusing on paying for everything AT the con?
I look forward to reading your answers, and hope to see a lot of you at AC next year!

I'd like to send a shout out to whoever is responsible for the final entry in the 2009 masquerade, with the "robot" and breakdancing fursuiters. As far as furry skits go, that was one of the best I'd seen in a long time, and I highly enjoyed it. That there was some serious furry entertainment right there! If anyone has some video of it, I'd appreciate a link.
So whoever put that together, put your paw up and make yourself known, as I'd like to shake it if we ever cross paths at another furcon. Cheers!

First off a big thank you to
spikepapp for finding my lost AC08 eartag (#523). So that is no longer an issue for me to worry about.
Now the part that almost everyone is asking about, "Who has pictures of me?" Now for me I'm looking for pictures of Zeitgeist, a sexy, sassy silver phase vixen that was running around all over the con and several dances.

I've looked through a few photo sets already (
psycocharmander yours being one of them) and I'm trying to speed up the process a little bit. So any help in finding photos or video of her is greatly appreciated!
*hugs all* Thanks!

That’s right... I don’t really have time to look through everyone’s scrapbook of photographs. If anyone has any pictures of Hops, please let me know. I would really, really appreciate it!

Thank you for an awesome convention (it was also my first Anthrocon) and please vote for Hops on

I was just wondering if someone can tell me about how the suites were like at the Westin? How many people can it sleep comfortably? I just wanted to see if it might be worth getting next year along with some friends and stuff :)

Hi all,
I thought I'd take a quick moment to address the single most common question/comment/complaint that we receive through feedback and inquiry.
The question is: "Why was "X" event at "Y" time/day against "Z" event?"
Without trying to be cute and coy, I'll give everyone a kind of quick hit reason of how Anthrocon programming is put together.

If you saw this suit and liked it, she can be yours!
